Plastic Pet Bottles/Flakes Washing Machine:

7. Screw conveyor 1 Set Transport flakes to the hot washing.
8. Hot water washing chamber 2Set Washing the flakes from labels, dirt and other residues by water heated to 85 ° C. Overflow on top of washing chamber, remove cups and rest of the paper. The water heated by steam from steam boiler, or burn the water directly from the bottom by oil or gas.
9. Friction washing tank 1Set The flakes are efficiently cleaned insight in drum with blades on rotor turning 1, 200RPM. Flakes are rubbing against each other as well as against the rotating auger. The auger moves the flakes forward and clean last remains of dirt.
10. Floating washing tank 2 Set Flotation/sink tank separate the material according to their density. PET sinks to the bottom and is discharged by a screw conveyor. Remains of caps and rings made of
PE and labels of PP float on the top and are moved by rotating shovels to side of washing tank. Small
screw conveyor takes them out.
11. Centrifugal dryer 1Set The wet flakes are dewatered in horizontal centrifuge. Flakes are dry to 2.5% of humidity.
12. Drying bunker 1Set Drying the flakes by electricity of 11kw, 2000L storage silo has fan blower conveyor filling station to the big bags
13. Electrical control systems 1 Set Whole line is controlled via two main control boxes and two panels. Switch to each machine on the panel, plus frequency control display. 14. Water sewage plant: Complete water sewage plant to Recycle and reclaim of sludge Capacity: (Bottles in) 500kg/hr, 1, 000kg/hr and 2, 000kg/hr Moisture of final flakes: Less than 1.5%.
